I WAS IN THE SAME SPOT…

For 8 years, I suffered from anorexia, exercise bulimia and bulimia. I had no confidence in my body and would rip my appearance a part in the mirror every day. After graduating college, I started meeting with a nutritionist who helped me with my food choices and encouraged me to lift weights and do less cardio.

Fast forward to now: After busting my butt in the gym and in the kitchen, as well as developing a self-love practice, I went from a life filled with self hate to one where I feel Amaz-Ballz!

Now, I feel truly confident in myself no matter what situation I’m in. Yes, there are still things that trigger me, but with the tried and true mindset practices I live by, it’s significantly easier for me to return to a positive body mentality.
